    prediction. With still more than a day to go, there is a chance
    that this decay might be visible along a south-easterly track that
    crosses N America from Fairbanks, Alaska, at 23:22 UTC to Charleston,
    S Carolina at 23:34. That track takes it near Winnipeg, Manitoba, at 
    23:29 and Chicago at 23:31. The following orbit, should it survive,
    would carry it over the W USA.
