I had a nice pass by the Blinker, Cosmos 2372 r #26539 00056B, the estimated brightest 'blink' was a mag -1, brighter than Vega. At 01:54:18 6 Oct UTC +/- 3 sec it passes approx 3 deg West of Mizar in Ursa Major. Unfortunately it will be in the twilight for me soon, not to mention that it will decay as well. Look for it if you can, it's a nice sight.
