    Cool, damp, clear, very nice.  If I've used fitelem right, the RA and Dec errors
    seem a bit high for all but the first USA 40 r point.  
    
    AMS 4 (DMSP F4) Running 12 sec late from 37 d-old elset and I missed the first
    time point in Perseus, so the next two were near Saturn in Taurus and are pretty
    close:
