I observed 99- 45 B several times and reported it on seesat-l.
As I forgot to send my obs of september to Kurt Jonckheere for the PPAS
they were not in the Oct 2 PPAS update.

99- 45 B 99-09-03 22:49      LB                       var, 5->inv
99- 45 B 99-09-04 23:16:27   LB  204.1 0.5  11 18.56  AA, mag 4->5
99- 45 B 99-10-02 19:48:54   LB  126.9 0.5  29  4.38  AA, 4->inv
99- 45 B 99-10-12 18:56:20   LB   91.4 0.2  20  4.57  AA, 3->inv
99- 45 B 99-10-16 18:57      LB                       S, 7
99- 45 B 99-10-18 18:04:39   LB  141.5 0.5  30  4.72  AA, 4->inv
99- 45 B 99-10-19 18:30:50   LB  190.0 0.2  40  4.75  AA, 4->inv
99- 45 B 99-10-31 18:33:15   LB   50.0 0.2  10  5.00  FF, 4->i

So Don's obs fit very well, as does Sue's on Oct 30.
The obs on Oct 16 could be from the A object, as I saw it S, 7 also
on Oct 2

Greetings
Leo Barhorst

I asked:
> Has anyone seen flashing from Cosmos 2366 Rk (25893 / 99-45B)?

The answer is "yes". Don Gardner observed it flashing on several
occasions between October 13 and October 19, with the flash period
increasing from 4.63 to 4.75 seconds in that time. My observation
of 5.03 second flash period 11 days later is consistent with this.

The latest PPAS on Mike McCants' web site is dated October 2, which
explains why Don's observations were not in it.

Thank-you, Don!
