NOAA 15 is getting downright predictible in these parts, flaring up from
magnitude 4.0 or so to about magnitude -1 or so for eight to ten seconds
long always on a northbound pass early in the evening. It flares shortly
after the "apex" of the pass. Not sure what the correct word is there.
We have seen 3 for 3 expected flares. Well worth watching for.
