MPM shows with the last released ELSET - 99303.748... - the decay at
                     31 October, 05:36 UTC +/- 22 minutes (10.1°S, 35.5°E)
This is on a northbound pass over East Africa,

1997-028E (#24832) SL-12 AUX MOTOR
The last SpaceCom forecast - prepared Oct 30, 00:58 UTC - predicts:
                    02 November, 00:51 UTC +/- 02 days (43.5°S, 92.8°E)
MPM shows with the ELSETs 99203.164... - 99203.473... a decay at
                    01 November, 22:50 UTC +/- 06 hours
