 Please forget my forecast from yesterday. During a Y2K test running with my MPM
 program I had something temporary devastated and lost one or two days on the
 decay output. 

 1997-028E (#24832) SL-12 AUX MOTOR
 The last prediction from SpaceCom - prepared Oct 28, 06:24 UTC - shows
                     01 November, 04:58 UTC +/- 02 days (63.4° 260.6°E)
 MPM delivers with the ELSETs 99301.241... + 99301.485... a decay at
                     01 November, 06:07 UTC +/- 06 hours

 1999-054E (#25953) RESURS DEBRIS
 MPM shows with the ELSETs 99301.202... + 99301.485... the decay at 
                     31 October,  07:04 UTC +/- 06 hours
