I have updated my Decay Watch page at
      http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
with my overdue decay notice for #24744, Zeya, which decayed at Oct 25
02:01 UTC +-45m according to my calculations. SpaceCom estimate the
decay at 03:48 +-2h. I place the re-entry near a southbound equator
crossing over the Atlantic, NE of Recife, Brazil. The track before this
had taken it just E of Iceland at 01:45 UTC. If it had continued well
beyond my decay point (but still before SpaceCom's time) it would have
passed northwards just to the W of Portland, OR, at 02:55 and over
Vancouver a minute later. My SatEvo-predicted elset for the final orbit:
Zeya 1.0 0.0 0.0 8.3 d 0.81 139 x 133 km
1 24744U 97010A 99298.05345425 .72742827 72950+1 70378-3 0 97787
2 24744 97.1851 210.2000 0005003 227.6690 132.2886 16.51380890148801

Also on the DW page is an updated prediction for #25953, Resurs F-1 M
debris E, with decay now due at Oct 31 11:27 UTC +-1.2d.

There is also the initial decay warning for #24832, Cosmos 2344 aux
motor, which I predict will decay at Nov 2 03:55 UTC +-2d. This enters
eclipse while northbound just S of the equator at ~19h local time. It
leaves eclipse while southbound near 45 deg N at ~05h local time.
