I have just observed 94-17B with 10x50 through clouds for about one second
and then again for two to three seconds:
1999 Oct 25 17:43:40.1 UTC RA 02h12m, Decl +33.9 deg, mag 6
J2000.0 +-0.5 deg
It was only two seconds late with Pierre's elset.
