My observations on 17 October at 204053.58 and 204345.02 should
have their designation swapped. This follows SPACECOM's exchange
of identities for 99-57A and 99-57C. Prior to about Oct 21, they
called the object orbiting 14.666 revs/day as 99-57A, after Oct 21
it became 99-57C. Simultaneously, and after a slight orbit adjustment,
99-57C became 99-57A, with revs/day about 14.459.
