Hi Ed,
          Can I ask you to explain the format used in PPAS reports such as
your post to the SeeSat List last night:

Reports sent to PPAS:

91- 79 A 99-10-20 03:20:50   EC 2048.3 0.5  14 146.31 mag+4->inv
91- 79 A 99-10-21 03:25:07   EC 2487.1 0.5  17 146.30 mag+4->inv

If this is a FAQ, sorry for the carbon copy sent to SeeSat.
