1999-048E (#25917) FOTON 12 DEBRIS

As I expected yesterday SpaceCom has shift its decay time significantly,
prepared Oct 19, 21:59 UTC :
                     22 October, 20:54 UTC +/- 02 days (62.1°S, 339.1°E)
MPM shows with the ELSETs 99292.643... - 99293.319...  a decay at
                     22 October  19:43 UTC +/- 06 hours (15.4°S, 63.3°E)

1998-025F (#25550) SL-12 AUX MOTOR
SpaceComs last prediction, issued Oct 20, 09:13 UTC, shows a decay at
                    23 October   07:02 UTC, +/- 02 days (30.4°S, 219.5°E)
I have some problems to reproduce the last orbit and "impact" coordinates.
Time and coordinates seems incompatible.

MPM delivers with the ELSETs 99292.717... - 99293.0658... a decay at
                    23 October   07:17 UTC  +/- 06 hours (38.2°N, 131.2°E)
on a descending pass. I am expecting also a shift to an earlier decay.
