Decay watch: Oct 19

SpaceCom has issued its first decay warning for #25917, the Foton 12
debris E object, and one for #25550 = SAC A, a small satellite that was
released from payload bay of STS-88 last December 14.
I now predict the decay of #25197 for October 22 19:47 UTC +-21h.
SpaceCom goes for October 23 03:56 +-3d.
For #25550, I have decay at October 25 03:36 +-1.5d while SpaceCom has
October 26 04:34 +-4d. This enters the Earth's shadow while northbound
near 44 deg N at ~19h local time. Eclipse exit occurs southbound near 18
deg S at ~04:30 local time.
