I have posted the final decay notices for #25680, the Globalstar 45
Soyuz rocket, to my Decay Watch page at
      http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/

I believe that this re-entered at October 13 23:49 UTC +-20m close to a
northbound equator crossing along the coast of Somalia in the Horn of
Africa. My predicted elset for that equator crossing:

Gstar45 Soyuz r 6.0 3.0 0.0 5.0 d 17.0 118 x 107 km
