The Globalstar 45 Soyuz rocket is into its final few orbits. My current
prediction is for its decay at October 13 23:49 +-2h following a
northbound equator crossing off Somalia on a track taking it over
Pakistan, W China and Mongolia. Before that, it crosses southern Africa
from N of Cape Town at 23:37 UTC to Dar Es Salaam at 23:45. SpaceCom now
puts decay at October 14 00:55 +-7h, placing it much further around the
orbit as it nears its southern apex over the southern tip of S America.
