In its last update - prepared 12 October, 23:11 UTC - SpaceCom predicts:
                     13 October, 23:27 UTC +/- 15 hours (51.7°S, 312.2°E)
MPM shows with the ELSETs 99286.075... and 99286.320...  :
                     13 October, 23:57 UTC +/- 45 minutes (16.8°N, 56.1°E)
on a northbound pass.
At this time the RB shows a smooth and relatively predictable decay, but this
may change over the next 8 hours.
