Which of the NOSS sats have elements? One of the changes made a few months
ago to GSOC satvis was the addition of a rather complete database of all
satellites that have ever had orbital elements. Unfortunately, that means
that if you enter a generic search, e.g. all sats launched in 1962, most of
the objects listed will not have any current elements so you can't do a pass
prediction.

PS: Are there any stand-alone prediction packages that use elements directly
off the web? Seems like that would become more common as continuous
fast-internet connnections proliferate.
