There is yet another update to my Decay Watch page at
http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
with my latest prediction for the decay of #25680, the Globalstar 45
Soyuz rocket. I now predict this for October 23 20:55 UTC +-6h following
a northbound equator crossing SE of Sri Lanka en route towards Thailand,
W China and N Korea (21:05 UTC). Later that orbit it overflies Santiago,
Chile, at 21:46. The orbit prior to this takes it SE across the W USA
from Oregon at 19:53, over Nevada and Arizona to Monterrey, Mexico, at
20:00. The uncertainty is still several orbits.
