Check out the PPAS database at http://www2.satellite.eu.org/vsohp were all reported observations are collected. I've seen this sat several times, as well as another 1967 -01 X. This is actually 1971 116 B, if i remember well. They both can be seen at quite some distance with mag 5 flashes. Sometimes the flashes are hard to see. The Centaur upper stages are tumbling and the long sides produce the flashes. The don't have solar wings.
