Checking the track of Cosmos 2344 Rk 97-28C #24829 as pointed out by Bjoern
Gimle, it does not match the object i saw last night. Going back over this
unknown's track, my estimate is it's elevation was around 85 - 90 deg,
unfortunately i didn't pay any attention to any nearby stars but the high
elevation would put it's inclination at 55 to 56 deg. I went over those
objects with those inclinations but nothing matched in that time frame.

I'll look for it again tonight, my thanks to Bjoern for the help.
