I have updated my Decay Watch page at
http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
with my latest prediction for #25916. I now put this decay at October 10
22:51 UTC +-4h near a northbound equator crossing over the Indian Ocean,
SE of Sri Lanka. The previous orbit takes it SE over W Canada and across
the USA from Great Falls, Montana, at 21:53 UTC, to Denver, Colorado, at
21:55 to pass between Houston and San Antonio, Texas, at 21:58. That
orbit continues across Central America to a southbound equator crossing
off Ecuador at 22:07.
There is also the first decay warning for #25680, the Globalstar 45
Soyuz rocket, whose decay I predict for October 14 11:39 UTC +-1d. This
enters eclipse at ~20h local time while southbound near 47 deg S
latitude. It leaves eclipse at ~05h local time northbound near 12 deg N.
