My apologies -- correction plus a bit of additional information
regarding the presumed observation of 82-25A (13113, Meteor 2-8).
Toward the end of the pass, low in the north, I observed the
object do two one-power flashes. I estimated its position at
2:29:57 Oct 8 to be approx. alt 20 azi 350. Corrected PPAS:

82- 25 A 99-10-08 02:29:57   EC  197.8 0.3  12 16.49  Fmmm mag+2.5->inv

Location: 30.314N, 97.866W, 270m.
