Here is the orbital data for the new gps satellite.

GPS 2R-3 is going to be put in the delta plane in slot 2. The satellite right now in slot 2 of the
delta plane will be moved to a different area of the delta plane. There now will be 28 operating
satellites once the new satellite reached it's correct orbit, and it's position in the plane, and
the other's things that have to be done with this satellite.
