Here it is for tonight, Ron:
89- 41 A 99-10-06 03:41:27.8 JDG 218.8 0.3  19 11.51  4.0->inv

There were 4 - 23 second flashes prior to and 4 or 5 - 23 second flashes
after the time period reported in the PPAS entry.

I thought that there was a flashing geosat about 2 deg above and to the right
of Superbird A that was distracting me. After reading the posts about the
flashing geosats over the past year I'm beginning to think that the sky is
full of them.

I observed what appeared to be a DMSP/NOAA type flare at 01:09 UTC, 6 October
at 180az, 60el. It was descending and bright - in the -2.0 to -2.5 range.
Oscar 29 (18362) seems to be the only good match. Has anyone ever observed
a flare from this object?
