	They ALL have an anti-collision light, a red light that blinks.

	As for strobes -- well, their presence depends on whether the original
buyer (or any subsequent owners) had them installed.
	And on all the time?  Depends on the pilot, although *I* use them any time
I'm airborne and not in clouds.
