Cosmos 100 Rk and Superbird A
Fri, 1 Oct 1999 00:10:35 EDT

Cosmos 100 Rk (01884, 65106B) gave some sharp, irregular flashes this evening
during a pass at 00:10 UTC, 1 October (270az, 38el). The flashes and
brightness variations were irregular but on the order of 25 seconds apart.
Ppas8 obs indicate some brightness variation but no regular flashing.

Superbird A flashes were centered around 03:32:30 UTC 1 October. In PPAS
I report the portion of the flashing where I could observe both the primary
and the secondary flashes.
