The engine burn SES-3 occurs at 11.12 S latitude and 146.5 E longitude.
(just northeast of northeastern Australia). It is dark there then at
13:02:54 UT on 24 Oct so someone may have a chance to see a burn.  The
altitude
is about 771 km. This elset should get you close. It is the second stage
to which SedSat is attached.

SedSat will overfly Hawaii and should be visible to folks in california (USA).
