Hello

Responding to provide 23462U element set only. No information available
from me on actual identification of what was viewed.INTELSAT 704 R/B1

Epoch date for element set 23462 is June 27, 1996, so it may havebeen the
last set released by OIG/SPACE COMMAND.INTELSAT 704 (23461U) was the
primary payload launched by the ATLAS 2AS
CENTAUR rocket. I can find no record of other objects (debris) associated
with 95001.It is possible the objects seen were either never cataloged
(publiclyreleased) or unrelated items...if 23462U was indeed the target
object.John Gardner,Jrgardjw@juno.com76.98569 W 39.00195 N 62.484m
