This was a low elevation pass in the WSW. Not the best viewing
conditions but I decided to try anyway. It showed up basically
on time and rotating. I took multiple measurements while moving
the telescope to keep it centered.

I noted at least two brighter specular flashes slightly separated from my
observed maxima. There seemed to be fluctuations besides the
normal increase to a max, then fade to invisibility, but the
seeing was not adequate to characterize it if it was real.

It was relatively easy in my 8" despite the marginal conditions.
