This was a low elevation pass in the WSW. Not the best viewing conditions but I decided to try anyway. It showed up basically on time and rotating. I took multiple measurements while moving the telescope to keep it centered. I noted at least two brighter specular flashes slightly separated from my observed maxima. There seemed to be fluctuations besides the normal increase to a max, then fade to invisibility, but the seeing was not adequate to characterize it if it was real. It was relatively easy in my 8" despite the marginal conditions. Satellite number #25496 Ron Lee, RGL, Lat = 38.9478, Long = -104.5614, Alt = 2073 m 98- 57 B 98-10-12 03:06 RGL 454.6 2.0 32 14.21
