Flare

Just now, at approximately 0203Z Tuesday 6 Oct, I was watching a satellite
when it flared. I think the sat was the Cosmos 1346 Rocket, as the flight
path was south to west to north. However, the page at
http://www2.gsoc.dlr.de/scripts/satvis/satvis.asp?Lat=34.40333333&Lng=-103.3
3416667&Loc=Cannon+Air+Force+Base&TZ=MST gives the time for Cosmos 1346 as
several minutes later.

How accurate is this page? And, might somebody have an idea of which sat
I saw? Do the Cosmos Rockets flare?

	Thanks,
	Earl
