Using Alan's elset that is close to this time, it was, to the best of my obs ability, right on time and on track. It was zooming along....period about 9 seconds. Perhaps 1st magnitude. Noticeably red as it went through the penumbra. This is the closest obs to decay for me to date. Assuming that it decays within about 23 hours. Thanks Alan. Ron Oops, the NORAD number was #25007
