I forgot to mention something about the possible bright NOSS pass
witnessed in Belgium. For my bright passes in 1996, the satellites were
between the observer and the sun, which fits the geometry of the Belgium
pass.

As a word of caution, because the elsets in the Molczan file for that
particular NOSS trio are now just over 100 days old, it might be wise
to check whatever aging filter criteria you might be using to ensure that
these elsets aren't being ignored by your satellite prediction software.
That's one reason I posted a more recent TiPS elset here a few days
ago; The one in the Molczan file is about 120 days old. Hopefully
the one I posted will replace the Molczan one soon. I just used the
newer elset again to see TiPS, and it appeared just as predicted.

Disclaimer:
Despite my affiliation with the US Navy, I have *no* idea if NOSS
trios have any kind of solar sail. All I know about the NOSS
system is what I've read here, or picked up on the web on my own. I
thought I should mention this so that I can't be accused of leaking
any classified information. My job has nothing to do with any
classified satellite projects!
