I just made another observation of the decaying Foton N11 Soyuz-U rocket
(NORAD # 25007, 97-60 B) in the local evening twilight, and here are
some dates:

	Date 97-10-27, UTC 17:15,7
	Azimuth 220 deg at max. elevation 80 deg / Southbound
	Height 200 km
	Maximum mag +0.8 / Minimum mag +4.0
	Tumbling period 9.7 (+/- 0.5) sec, timed on 5 maxima
	with a secondary maximum in between
