Not map servers, per se, I don't think, but you can get
	lat/lon for (1) Canadian and (2) non-USA features from:

	(1) Canadian Geographical Names
	    http://GeoNames.NRCan.GC.CA/english/

	(2) National Imagery and Mapping Agency (GEOnet Names Server)
	    http://164.214.2.59/gns/html/index.html

It would be nice if the NIMA folks would include a link
to a map of the search feature region, like the Tiger
	Map service for the USA...

The Canadian geo server is also available in French:
	    http://geonames.nrcan.gc.ca/francais/Home.html

For anyone interested, there is also a magnetic declination
calculator at the Geological Survey of Canada site:
	    http://www.geolab.nrcan.gc.ca/geomag/e_cgrf.html

Before Jeff includes any of these on the VSOHP web pages,
perhaps some non-USA list members could comment on their
	usefulness...?
