Helping to confirm this:

My experience with Iridium 21 was NO flare. It was my first try at
seeing a monster flare (-6.1). The max. flare path using Rob Matson's
Iridflar prediction program was only about a mile from my home.
I drove that mile and looked. The flare was predicted for 02:22:35
UTC 27 Oct. 1997 UTC (Oct. 26 local). I saw nothing, no flare, no
Iridium, but did not use binoculars out of fear of missing the flare.

I found a site on the web which drew a map of my town and then
by entering the max. flare latitude & longitude, it would show exactly
which cross-streets were at those coordinates. It is only for the USA,
I think, and is called US Gazetteer. The URL is:

http://www.census.gov/cgi-bin/gazetteer

I'll just have to wait for another monster flare prediction hopefully not
Iridiums 11, 21, 27 or 36.
