IRIDIUM 9 AND 10 CONFUSION

For some time I have been getting different predictions for Iridiums 9 and 10
using different programs. This has been somewhat baffling but I think I have
figured out why. It appears that different element sources have different
designations for these two, e.g:

oigsysop.atsc.allied.com and www.fc.net/~mikem are both giving the following:-

24838/97030C	Iridium 10
24839/97030D	Iridium 09

whereas archive.afit.af.mil and www.seds.org both give:-

24838/97030C	Iridium 09
24839/97030D	Iridium 10

These were all checked  ten minutes ago to get the above results.
 I assume OIG is correct but I suspect that, dependant on your source
for elements, we could be getting some mis-identifications.
Anyone else had this problem?
