It is not that simple. While preparing for ascent from MM=15.03, and during
this climbing phase, they are stabilized so predictions are quite accurate.
I observed the 19+34-37 group several times from (just) before they moved
(Oct.06-14 appr.), and in such a period you can also see flares from
satellites in operational orbits, close in time and direction.
