Oct. 23: Air Force Titan 4A on mission A-18 with a classified National
Reconnaissance Office payload using no upper stage from Space
Launch Complex-4 East at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., during
a launch period of 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. EDT (0000-0400 GMT).
On Oct.24 at 03:48 the SB leg of the orbit of Lacrosse 2 passes over VB.
Ted Molczan's proposed two-orbit spacing (if inclination is 68 degrees)
would mean a launch time around 00:30 UT.
