Look up, USA! You may get another Delta on US soil.

According to Alan's prediction the final pass of Iridium 22 Delta
rocket takes it over central Maine at 13:19 UT, 9:19 pm EDT (Oct 15.55)
The path is about 40 km East of Augusta, ME.

Before that it crosses Quebec state (province, country, countryside...
what is the official or neutral or otherwise correct word?)

This is also close to the perigee, though it shouldn't affect chances,
since the orbit is almost circular.

Iridm Delta r 5.9 2.4 0.0 5.6 d 133 x 125 km

At 08:20 UT the latest elset from OIG, processed by SatEvo:

Element set number = 1 196 x 153 km

shows the next orbit running 4 seconds later than yesterday's evolution,
and decay predicted (ndot unchanged) Oct. 15.64, after the next pass
from Manitoba to Duluth to Jackson, MI

Element set number = 1 147 x 132 km
