Cosmos2326 (1995-71A) has had its perigee lowered in the usual EORSAT
manner. Now at around 228km. this should lead to decay in a couple of
months - and some bright transits before that - visible in mornings
in Northern hemisphere.
See Alan Pickup's select.tle for recent elements.
