NOAA 11 flare

I have made several incidental obs of NOAA flares. All the flares I have
seen have in my northern sky at high elevations on south-north passes

NOAA-11	28-Oct-96	20:53		1.0	Bright flash in north at about 30 deg
elevation Very spectacular. ID after
Noaa-11	5-Mar-97	21:13			two super bright flashes, incidental
NOAA-12	6-Jun-97	19:13		0.0	Bright glint in north similar to NOAA-11
glints seen in the past
