Everyone,
Sorry about my >MAJOR< screwup with the STS elset.  During my frenzy of
cut-and-pasting, I must have grabbed an old elset my accident.  I
get to OIG using Telnet, and am connected there right now.  I had
the correct elset inserted into my TLE files.  I really am at a loss
of where I got that really old elset from.

Thanks Walter, for posting the real one.  I will now crawl back into my
hole.  No, better do that after they make their pass.  :-)
