The N2L/Molczan/McCants  element sets contain bright, as well as many dimmer 
sat elements.  For exactly your needs, I make up VISUAL.txt, a list of 
elements of all (most) naked eye sats.  They generaly reach mag 3.8.
To save frustrating time looking for sats that may not be seen, no fainter 
sats are included.  TS Kelso maintains and updates the list regularly on 
his Celestial web site.  Links to there from the vsohp site. 
(I'm in the process of updating it now)
