I use STSPLUS as a tracking program & it lists my QTH (Providence, RI USA)
as -41 North Latitude & -71 Lonitude, even though I am West of Greenwich.
Funny thing is it works!
I have just downloaded an astronomy program & I have to enter my
coordinates - what should I put? + for longitude or negative?
