New information on the Iridiums for examination of flares:

1) the pointing of the forward MMA in the direction of the velocity
vector varies
in roll +/- 3 degrees, pitch +/-4 degrees, yaw +/-3 degrees when the
satellites are in parking orbit (or ascent). This is due to the
deadbands set up to establish coverage from the antennas.

2) pointing direction varies in roll +/- 0.4 degrees, +/-0.5 degrees in
pitch, +/-0.5 degree in yaw when in their operational orbit

3) the debris pieces which came off during the recent PRC launch were
apparnetly 2 nd stage covers from retro rockets.
