Elsets for AO13 and 96 59A/B and 96 60B/C

If you go to the Amsat home page (http://www.amsat.org/), they do have
a link to elsets for their satellites of interest.

TS Kelso has data on his web site (http://www.grove.net/~tskelso/).

AO 13 does appear in Ted Molczan's file (Available via ftp at
jpl.kilroy.nasa.gov and on my ftp area).

Because of that, I get it in my file (leo.zip) on Mondays and Thursdays.
