With my friend Daniel Zambenedetti, we just could observe TiPS.
We were at the aux. coord. hereunder.
October 17 1996 at 19:30 UT
My automatic system was fitted with a little refractor (D 60 mm, F 300 mm).
Tips appeared at azimuth 352, altitude 14 deg.
We could see the two balls and the tether.
To give the inclination of the tether versus horizon,
let us say that it was at one o'clock.

My pleasure, avec plaisir, Alphonse
