There is little difference of opinion - I meant Oct.10 at 2300, and 
I did post around 961011.2 in my 'decayers.htm' / 961010.96 in 
'recent.htm' WWW pages. 
It was a slip of my fingers, responding to Steve's 
observation attempt on 961012 (!?)
