PPAS report on Cosmos 1985 r #19764

Vincent A. Gardiner, VAG, Lat = -30.35, Long = +153.082, Alt = 12 m
88-113 H 96-10-10 09:12:45.03 VAG 140.32 1.0 22  6.38  FF mag 3->inv

That was total main flashes as when from first seen and timing started,
which was just north of the head of Scorpio. However as it went further
south another flash manifested itself as the DRA report following
indicates.

An amount of cloud made timing accurately rather difficult. Timing 14 to
21 included the other flash which disappeared the further south it went.
