They do not have drag enough to decay rapidly, but higher than MIR,
so my guess is they will be in an orbit lower than Mir by Nov.11.

They should then be no threat to the final link-up, but must be 
considered when planning the approach.

I will verify this with Rob Matson's COLA program later.
